REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through Royal Gents Club are final.

Due to the digital, intangible, and immediately accessible nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • No cancellations will be accepted after purchase

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted


2. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Our products are:

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible immediately or within a short time after payment

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-resalable

Once access is granted, the product is deemed consumed for refund purposes.

Because digital content cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused, refunds are not feasible.


3. NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY

Refunds will not be granted for:

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may constitute a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Contest illegitimate chargebacks

  • Suspend or permanently restrict access

  • Take appropriate legal action if fraud is suspected


5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In the event of a verified duplicate transaction for the same product:

  • The duplicate amount may be refunded after review

  • Proof of duplicate charge must be submitted to hi@royalgentsclub.com

This does not apply to separate intentional purchases.


6. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
Technical assistance does not entitle you to a refund.

Digital products are categorized as non-returnable once delivered.
